I have a simple rule here for anyone requesting signatures.

You have to have rped for at least one card before getting a signature made. This is to prevent anyone signing up, requesting a sig, then leaving. It happens folks. We only make sigs for those who want to stay here. So once you rp for one card, you can request a signature.
